Boxing Workout

Train 2 Perfection’s boxing workout mixes intervals of plyometric, aerobic, anaerobic, and strength training with boxing fundamentals. A typical class may include any of the following training methods:

  • Boxing—heavy bag, speed bag, shadow boxing, stance drills
  • Cardio—jump rope, plyometric & lateral movement drills
  • Strength— endurance training, ab conditioning, pull ups, push ups, wall sits

All students are provided with the same fundamentals and training that Fareed provides to his amateur and professional boxers. There is absolutely no sparring in this class. This is a “learn with the pros without the blows” type of class.

Arrive 15 minutes early to pay for class*, get your hands wrapped, stretch, and warm up by jumping rope. All new students are required to sign a waiver. Remove any rings before coming to class. Bring a towel and bottle of water. Fareed provides hand wraps, gloves and jump ropes but you are welcome to bring your own.
