Fareed teaches technique over ability—boxing fundamentals reduce the risk of injury and provide a foundation to build upon for kids to develop as athletes, as well as improve aspects of their lives outside of the gym.

Boxing can teach the value of determination and hard work. Furthermore, it can help kids learn how to assert themselves, instilling in them confidence that they can carry with them throughout their life.

Kids learning to box can participate in sparring if they are over 12 years of age and have their parent’s consent.
